"Navios" Automatic flow cytofluorimeter, Beckman Coulter is used in laboratory diagnostics for the study of autoimmune diseases, primary and secondary immunodeficiencies and hematologic pathologies.
Uniqueness of the analyzer
Equipped with a two or three-laser identification system, provides the study of up to 10 stained samples in one analysis.
The "Navios" flow cytofluorimeter performs multicolor analyses automatically using a loading carousel where prepared samples are placed. A built-in mixer shakes the samples immediately before analysis. Light scattering can be recorded in three modes. Up to 25,000 events are recorded every second.
Applications:
- identification of cells of different populations using specific surface and intracellular markers.
- diagnosis of autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiencies.
- differential diagnosis of oncohematologic diseases
- counting and immunophenotypic characterization of stem cells
