Pollinosis is a chronic disease caused by pollen from flowering plants.

Seasonal allergies are divided into 3 periods:
1. April, May.
The cause of allergies is the flowering of willow, elm, ash, maple, alder, walnut, oak, hazel, birch and also other shrubs and trees. 

2. May- August.
Pollen of bluegrass, corn, hedgehog, ryegrass, wheatgrass, timothy, veiny, bonfire, fescue, rye, linden, spruce, pine, buckwheat, plantain, dandelion cause allergies.

3. August-October.
Pollen of wormwood, nettle, ragweed, orach and pollen of other weeds cause allergies. 



The most common symptoms:

Runny nose
Nasal congestion
Sneezing attacks
Burning sensation, itching in the nose 
Red eyes
Itching and burning of the eyes
Cough
Rarely attacks of suffocation

If these symptoms bother you with the arrival of spring, it is better to diagnose and find out which plant pollen you are allergic to. 

Since, although an allergy seems safe at first glance, it still affects the body. Namely, it leads to deterioration of the respiratory tract and bronchial asthma can develop.
