Antibody test after vaccination

Have you been vaccinated against coronavirus and want to know if you have immunity? You need to take an ELISA test for IgG antibodies to the coronavirus S-protein.

After the introduction of the vaccine, our body begins to produce antibodies to the S-protein of the coronavirus, thus forming an immune response. The usual test for total antibodies to coronavirus (ECL) is not suitable for evaluating the effectiveness of the vaccine, since it does not track antibodies to the S-protein, but allows you to assess whether you have had coronavirus in the past (even if it was an asymptomatic form).

It is necessary to do ELISA for IgG antibodies to S-protein on day 42 after the first dose of the vaccine, that is, after 6 weeks.

The sampling material is venous blood
