Free replacement discount cards.
Dear patients!
We would like to inform you that OLYMP CDL have a new type of discount card is a single discount card for the OLYMP branches of clinical diagnostic laboratories and our partners DiVera branches of medical centers.
Within the framework of the campaign, for the clients of the OLYMP CDL branches, the old-style discount cards are replaced with new-style discount cards free of charge. The replacement is voluntary.
Old-style discount cards remain valid. All savings on the old-style discount card are transferred to the new one without loss.
To replace your discount card, please contact the registrar of the nearest treatment room.
