OLYMP CDL Quality Director has spoken at the Symposium in China
On August 24, the International Symposium on Laboratory Medicine was held in Shenzhen, China, organized by Snibe to mark its 30th anniversary.
This large-scale event brought together around 400 participants from 69 countries, including scientists, professors, physicians, laboratory directors, and other industry experts.
Distinguished professionals were invited as speakers and moderators, among them IFCC President Tomris Ozben, EFLM President Mario Plebani, Professors Maurizio Ferrari, Khosrow Adeli, Damirn Gruson, and others.
It was a great honor for our company that our Quality Director, Mr. Yuriy Viktorovich Okhotnikov, was invited to join the team of speakers as one of the symposium’s headliners. His presentation, dedicated to the practical experience of transitioning our laboratories to the new edition of the international standard ISO 15189:2022, was met with strong interest, as the quality of laboratory performance is increasingly becoming a cornerstone of medical development worldwide.
In addition, 20 representatives of our country’s laboratory community were invited to the symposium. During the event, colleagues familiarized themselves with the latest global trends in laboratory diagnostics, exchanged experiences, and established valuable international connections.
