You must provide
- contact details,
- address
- number of patients.
After submitting your request, the OLYMP CDL contact center will contact you to confirm the date and time of the visit.
Order home tests via the OLYMP CDL mobile app:
- Open the app
- Home page, "Home visit" service
- Enter your contact details
- Submit your request
Home testing is especially convenient if:
- you are unable to visit the laboratory;
- the tests are needed for a child or elderly person;
- it is important to avoid contact and queues;
- your busy schedule does not allow you to visit a branch;
- several family members need to be tested.
Home visit cost:
- 1 000 KZT (order amount from 15 000 KZT)
- 2 000 KZT (order amount up to 15 000 KZT)
