Watch today at 19:00 on Channel 31 of the reality show "Libra House" The main goal of the project participants is to lose at least 500 kilograms of the total weight of the team within two months. Every day, under the supervision of coaches and doctors, the heroes of the show will exercise, follow a diet and undergo regular check-ups. The host of the reality show is Dmitry Dibrov. The trainers of the project are psychotherapist Rashid Azizov, dietitian Elena Mamay and fitness trainer Bauyrzhan Karipov.
