It is obligatory to fill in the application form on the websites, www.covid.kdlolymp.kz/ (for PCR test for COVID-19), www.cdl.kz (for free rapid test for COVID-19).
Wait for an operator to call you to schedule a time and place.
Come wearing a mask and keep a distance of 1.5-2 meters between patients.
Have on hand your ID card and keep the distance in queue;
The result of the test will be sent to the e-mail specified during the registration of the application form.
