Beware of scammers. Do not share the SMS code with third parties
Dear patients!
Please be careful - there has been an increase in cases of fraud. If you receive SMS or message with a code and someone asks you to disclose it, never share this code with third parties. Such requests are the actions of malicious individuals attempting to gain access to your personal data and use it for fraudulent purposes, including taking out loans or credits in your name.
We would like to add that OLYMP CDL sends its patients only a six-digit temporary password via SMS, which is used for the following purposes:
- receiving test results,
- registering and recovering your password to log into the annex.
- registering and recovering your password on the website.
It is important to remember that this code is strictly confidential information. It is intended exclusively for you and should only be entered on the official OLYMP CDL services.
Sharing it with unauthorised persons may result in unauthorised access to your medical data. In addition, OLYMP CDL employees never ask for remote access to your gadgets or computers.
Additionally, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that:
We never accept payment for medical services via:
- Telegram
- Personal bank card transfers
- Messengers, chats or links
