Equivocal reaction at 1:160 dilution

Immunofluorescence patterns: homogeneous pattern, centromeres, nuclear dots, Jo-1, typical pattern for SS-A/SS-B, Sm/RNP — may indicate the presence of various rheumatic and other diseases. A repeat test is recommended in 3 months.

Positive reaction at dilution >1:320

Indicates the presence of various autoimmune and other diseases
