Suspected coenzyme Q10 deficiency:

  • muscle weakness, myopathies;

  • ischemic heart disease;
  • heart failure;

Control of statin therapy:

  • during long-term statin use to detect possible reduction in coenzyme Q10 levels and associated side effects (myalgia, fatigue).
