Determination of Ig G to fungi of the genus Candida (candida) in blood serum by ELISA method
Candida albicans is widespread everywhere. During failures in the immune system, as well as with the attachment of pathogenic flora, during the uncontrolled use of antibiotics and antimycotic agents, Candida albicans cause various diseases: bacterial vaginosis, urethritis in men and women, pneumonia in infants, stomatitis, systemic candidiasis (lesions of entire organs and systems). Mucosal surfaces are most often affected, but systemic candidiasis is not uncommon.
ELISA blood analysis helps in the diagnosis of systemic candidiasis.
