Main indications for examination:
- Suspected chronic exposure to toxicants while working in the plastics, cosmetics, antiseptics, and dye industries, where there is a high risk of contact with these substances;
- Living in environmentally unfavorable areas.
Endocrine disorders of unknown origin
- Sexual development disorders, premature or delayed puberty;
- Infertility in men and women;
- Decreased fertility, spermatogenesis disorders;
- Menstrual cycle disorders, ovulatory insufficiency.
Suspected metabolic disorders associated with xenobiotics
- Obesity, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes mellitus in young patients without significant risk factors;
- Thyroid dysfunction.
Neurodevelopment and pediatrics
- Delayed cognitive and psychomotor development in children;
- Behavioral disorders (ADHD, autism spectrum) - as part of an extended toxicological investigation.
Scientific and epidemiological studies
- Assessment of the cumulative impact of “endocrine disruptors” on the population;
- Monitoring of patients in clinical trials or special programs.
