Toxins from plastic and household chemicals: bisphenol A, triclosan, 4- nonylphenol

Main indications for examination:

  • Suspected chronic exposure to toxicants while working in the plastics, cosmetics, antiseptics, and dye industries, where there is a high risk of contact with these substances;
  • Living in environmentally unfavorable areas.

Endocrine disorders of unknown origin

  • Sexual development disorders, premature or delayed puberty;
  • Infertility in men and women;
  • Decreased fertility, spermatogenesis disorders;
  • Menstrual cycle disorders, ovulatory insufficiency.

Suspected metabolic disorders associated with xenobiotics

  • Obesity, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes mellitus in young patients without significant risk factors;
  • Thyroid dysfunction.

Neurodevelopment and pediatrics

  • Delayed cognitive and psychomotor development in children;
  • Behavioral disorders (ADHD, autism spectrum) - as part of an extended toxicological investigation.

Scientific and epidemiological studies

  • Assessment of the cumulative impact of “endocrine disruptors” on the population;
  • Monitoring of patients in clinical trials or special programs.
