Bacteriological culture of bile for microflora with determination of sensitivity to antibiotics

Bile is a special biological fluid of the body that helps digest food. Normally, the bile should be sterile (there should not be any microorganisms in it). But when bacteria enter it (mainly from the intestine), inflammatory processes of the walls of the gallbladder may appear.

To find out the cause of inflammation and to choose the correct antibacterial therapy, bile culture for microflora with determination of sensitivity to antibiotics is prescribed.
