Comprehen sive nutrigenetic test (SNPbased detection of polymorphi sms in PPARG, ADRB2, ADRB3, FABP2 genes)
The "Nutrigenetics" (SNP-Express)* comprehensive genetic test is designed to identify individual metabolic characteristics based on the analysis of polymorphisms in the *PPARG2, ADRB2, ADRB3, and FABP2* genes.
The test allows the assessment of:
- sensitivity to fats and carbohydrates;
- effectiveness of aerobic and strength training;
- predisposition to weight gain;
- risk of insulin resistance.
Based on the obtained results, the patient's metabolic type (cluster) is determined, and individualized recommendations on nutrition and physical activity are provided.
