"Rheumatologic сomplete" profile

 Special price is provided  under this profile, it includes the following tests:

  • Full blood leukocyte count
  • Uric acid
  • С-reactive protein
  • С3 complement component
  • С4 complement component
  • Rheumatoid factor
  • Antistreptolysin О

The "Rheumatological" profile is prescribed for thepatients to diagnose inflammatory diseases of the joints such as rheumatoid arthritis and gout.

"Standard" - minimum of tests to suspect the presence of inflammation in the joints.

  • Complete Blood Count - the test provides gross findings of a person's condition, presence of inflammation in the body .
  • Uric acid - is deposited in the joints and causes severe pain during gout .
  • С- reactive protein - this protein is one of the first found in the blood during inflammatory diseases.
  • Rheumatoid factor - screening test indicating the possibility of an autoimmune disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Antistreptolysin "O" (ASLO) - it is an indicator of the body's contact to streptococcus bacterium might cause rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatism.

"Complete"

  • С3, С4 complement - blood proteins directly involved in the joint inflammation.

"Advanced"

  • IgA, IgM, IgG - the test indicating severity of autoimmune process.
  • AB-CCP -  is the most reliable indicator of rheumatoid arthritis.
